COVID-19 Response – July 14th

In light of the increase in COVID-19 cases and the recent government announcements, we have again moved to Level 2 restrictions through guidelines from The Australian Dental Association commencing Wednesday 15th July 2020.

There are no restrictions treating you if you’re experiencing pain, swelling, acute infection or asymptomatic broken tooth/teeth. We can also perform dental examinations, simple restorative procedures, non-surgical extractions and orthodontic treatment. Our hygienist can still perform simple cleans using hand scaling only.

We are fully equipped to handle the challenges of COVID-19 in our surgery, our staff are thoroughly trained in cross infection protocols and we now have extra measures in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you use the hand sanitiser before entering the practice and a staff member will also take your temperature. With social distancing in place, we may require you to wait in your car if our waiting room is at full capacity but we will let you know.

Please call us on 9870 6312 if you have any queries, concerns or to make an appointment. If you have an existing appointment that has been made, please contact us and we will confirm if this needs to be reappointed based on the current guidelines.
