COVID-19 Response – September 25th

Back to Level 2 Restrictions

We are delighted to inform you all that we have been given the green light by the Victorian government and the Australian Dental Association to move to Level 2 restrictions as of Monday 28th September.

Whilst the easing of restrictions is great news, it doesn’t mean we can return to business as usual. We will however, be able to perform routine dental examinations and simple restorative procedures as well as all emergency treatment. This is a welcomed relief to everyone here at Zest Dental as we can now open our doors to more patients and take care of your basic and routine dental care.

We are fully equipped to handle the challenges of COVID-19 in our surgery and all staff are thoroughly trained in cross infection protocols. As always, we maintain our high standards of hygiene and sanitation and have extra measures in place to ensure your safety.

We ask all patients to please wear a mask or face covering whilst at Zest Dental. Upon arrival, we also ask that you use the hand sanitiser before entering the practice and a staff member will take your temperature. Also, if you could kindly enter your contact details on our Covid-19 registry at the front desk.

With social distancing still in place, we may require you to wait in the car if our waiting room is at full capacity but we will let you know. Where possible, please attend your appointment alone.

Please call us on 9870 6312 if you have any queries, concerns, or to make an appointment. If you have an existing appointment, please contact us and we will confirm if this needs to be reappointed based on the current guidelines.
